Jr. Aides: Ages 12-14 work under the direction of the CTC staff and work along side our Sr. Aides. Jr. Aides are rewarded for their work with gift certificates to local merchants.
Sr. Aides:  Ages 15 – 21 also work under the direction of the CTC Staff and are compensated through the CTC payroll system. 100 Local Youth Participated in CTC’sYouth Work Experience Program last Summer!!!
CTC used funding from the Spirit Mountain Community Fund and the Ford Family Foundation to fund our 2011 Summer Youth Work Experience Program. 100 youth between the ages of 12-18yrs old, were given the opportunity to work at Carlton’s  outdoor city pool, Yamhill-Carlton School District campuses, the Free Lunch Program, Joseph’s Storehouse food bank, Carlton Fun Days, Kid’s Camp in the park, the Blessing Room Community Garden, Cougar Club Daycare, the “Fruitful Youth” berry-stand project, National Night Out, and the City of Carlton. CTC’s Youth Work Experience Program helped Yamhill-Carlton youth learn how to submit an application, be punctual, take direction, stay on task, complete projects, and be evaluated by supervisors. Junior Aides (ages 12-14yrs) were rewarded with over $7,600 in gift certificates and Senior Aides (ages 15-18yrs) earned over $15,000 in recognition of their positive work performance and contribution to their community.

We’d like to thank Karla and Lemax Halloween team for there support for Carlton.
